Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ResumeWizard("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and don't use the service for unlawful purposes.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, and don't use it to generate misleading or fraudulent content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

ATS analyses, downloads, plans, and payments

Free accounts include five ATS resume analyses and one resume download. Starter includes unlimited ATS analyses and five resume downloads for 90 days. Unlimited passes include unlimited ATS analyses and downloads for the 30-day or 365-day period shown at checkout. Paid access expires automatically and does not renew. Prices are shown in your local currency, and we never store your full card details.

Delivery

ResumeWizard is a digital service. ATS-analysis access, downloads, and plan access are applied as soon as your payment is confirmed — see our Delivery Policy for details.

Cancellations and refunds

Unlimited access does not renew, so there is no future subscription to cancel. You keep access until the date shown on your billing page. Because purchases are delivered instantly, completed purchases are generally not refundable — though we always correct duplicate charges, undelivered purchases, and unauthorised payments. Disclaimer

ResumeWizardhelps improve resumes but does not guarantee interviews or job offers. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeWizard is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including lost opportunities or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of ResumeWizard is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
