Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ResumeWizard ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and don't use the service for unlawful purposes.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, and don't use it to generate misleading or fraudulent content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

ATS analyses, downloads, plans, and payments

Free accounts include five ATS resume analyses and one resume download. Pro and Career are paid subscriptions that include unlimited ATS analyses and downloads plus the higher AI allowances shown on the pricing page. Prices are shown in your local currency, and we never store your full card details. Accounts that bought the retired Starter pack keep its unlimited ATS analyses and five resume downloads until their 90-day period ends.

Automatic renewal

Every paid plan is a recurring subscription. Pro is billed every 30 days (monthly) or every 90 days (every 3 months); Career is billed every 365 days (yearly). At the end of each billing period your subscription renews automatically and the payment method you used at checkout is charged the then-current list price for your plan, until you cancel. Any coupon applies to your first payment only; renewals are charged at the list price. We send a receipt for every charge, and the next renewal date is always shown on your billing page. If a renewal payment fails we will ask you to update your payment method; access is paused until the payment succeeds.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your billing page — no email or phone call needed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep full access until the date shown on your billing page, you are not charged again, and your account then moves to the Free plan. You can resume a cancelled subscription any time before that date.

Delivery

ResumeWizard is a digital service. ATS-analysis access, downloads, and plan access are applied as soon as your payment is confirmed — see our Delivery Policy for details.

Refunds

Because access is delivered instantly, charges — including renewal charges once they have been made — are generally not refundable, and cancelling does not refund the current period. We always correct duplicate charges, undelivered purchases, and unauthorised payments. Disclaimer

ResumeWizard helps improve resumes but does not guarantee interviews or job offers. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeWizard is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including lost opportunities or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of ResumeWizard is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
