What each field means
- id — Stable template slug (also names its preview PNG).
- name — User-facing template name from the live catalog.
- description — Design description (typography, layout).
- engine — "latex" (compiled PDF) or "studio" (HTML/CSS).
- layout — single, two-column, sidebar, or banner.
- categories — Job-family / tier tags used by the gallery.
- supportsPhoto — Whether the design has a photo slot.
- atsClass — LaTeX only — visual richness: "ats-safe" or "styled".
- atsParseable — LaTeX only — whether the compiled PDF's text extracts in reading order (deterministically audited).
- density — Content tier the design is tuned for.
- previewImage — Rendered preview PNG for the design.
Provenance
Rows are derived at build time from the same TypeScript catalog the product ships — the gallery at /templatesand this dataset can never disagree. The ATS-parseability flag comes from a deterministic audit of each compiled PDF's text-extraction order, not from manual labeling. Updated: 2026-08-02.
