This policy explains what data ResumeWizard collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the service you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Account data — your name, email, and authentication details when you sign up (including via Google sign-in). Resume content — the resumes and job descriptions you upload or create, so we can score and optimize them. Usage data — basic logs and analytics about how the product is used, to keep it reliable and improve it. Payment data — handled by our payment processor (Razorpay); we never store your full card details.
How we use your data
We use your data to provide and improve the service: to run ATS scans, generate and optimize resumes, manage your account and credits, process payments, and provide support. We do not sell your personal data.
AI processing
To power features like AI optimization and ResumeGPT, resume and job-description text may be sent to third-party AI providers for processing. We send only what's needed to perform the request.
Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your resumes at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email support@resumewizard.co.
