How is Career different from Pro?

Career includes exactly the same paid features as Pro, billed once per year at a lower effective monthly cost. Choose monthly Pro for flexibility, quarterly Pro for a longer job search, or Career for year-round access.

Are AI features unlimited?

Paid plans include unlimited resume downloads and ATS scan allowances. AI writing and coaching have the per-feature limits shown above and a separate daily safety limit. Free ATS checks and the resume download are account allowances, not daily refills.

Are taxes included?

Listed paid-plan prices exclude applicable taxes. Your secure checkout shows the final total, including any tax, before payment.

What happens when my Pro or Career access ends?

Your account moves back to the Free plan: five ATS checks and one resume download. Everything you already built or downloaded stays in your account, and you can resubscribe at any time to pick up where you left off.

Does Pro or Career renew automatically?

Yes. Pro renews monthly or every 3 months and Career renews yearly, so your access never lapses mid-search. You can cancel anytime from your billing page — you keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for, and there are no charges after cancellation.

How do I cancel?

Open Billing in your dashboard and choose Cancel subscription — no emails or phone calls needed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, you won't be charged again, and you can resume any time before then.

Which payment methods are supported?

Checkout is handled by our payment processor, Dodo Payments. Cards are accepted everywhere, and any additional methods available in your country are shown on the secure checkout page.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payment is completed on Dodo Payments' secure hosted checkout, so your card details go straight to the processor — ResumeWizard never sees or stores them.
